Registration & General information
Welcome to the registration site of the Single Cell Systems Biology Symposium at the Center for Infectious Disease Research in Seattle, WA, from October 11-12, 2018. Our goal is to bring together experts in single cell biology and infectious diseases in a casual and highly interactive environment. Our focus will be on how single cell systems biology can be leveraged toward the eradication of infectious diseases, and will include talks by internationally recognized leaders in the field. The symposium will begin in the Discovery Conference Room at CID Research at 12 pm on Thursday, October 11, with short talks, followed by a reception with drinks and appetizers. Talks will begin again Friday morning and wrap up in the late afternoon.
The registration fee for the symposium is $225 (+ fees) for all participants. Meals, including a reception on Thursday night, are provided. To register, please fill out the registration form at the bottom of the page. All attendees must register by September 1, 2018. After September 1, contact the event coordinator, Rossana de la Noval at email@example.com. Registrations may be accepted later, pending availability.
SPONSORED YOUNG INVESTIGATOR TALK
We have designated one talk to be given by a Young Investigator (more than 2-3 years of Postdoc or less than 2-3 years faculty). This award will cover travel, lodging, registration reimbursement and an honorarium. The selection process will be by abstract submission and selection by the chairs and organizers. Please apply on same day that you complete the online registration by e-mailing your abstract to the event coordinator. The deadline to apply for this talk is September 1, 2018.
A preliminary program is not yet available. Please check back in early July. Scientific questions may be directed to the conference organizers, Drs. David Sherman and Noah Sather. All other questions may be directed to the event coordinator.
